Our quality system extends from the Engineering,
to manufacturing and design, covering the Brush section, which all
have QA certificates, operating to Lloyds Quality assurance. ISO
9001, Since 1995. The fulltime QA manager enabling the company to
keep upto date with all aspects of quality assurance, as well as
making sure that we would pass a QA inspection at any time.
On standard items, such as brush strip, and customer
drawn items that are recognised as safe and fit for use, full records
are kept, from initial inquiry, to material supply and delivery
note, thus ensuring that the product has full tractability in the
event of a fault occurring. This helps to source the cause of the
fault and if necessary implement changes in procedure, so that the
fault does not occur again.
With the design section, all aspects of a design
are investigated and discussed with the customer. All and any machines
are built to British standards where applicable, thereby ensuring
that manufactured machines are safe, fit for use and carrying the
CE marking.
Copies of our basic procedures are available
on request, however, a full copy of all documents appertaining to
the QA system are not, due to the extent and quantity of the paperwork.
As mentioned earlier in the above text, we are always ready for
a QA assessment by Lloyds, and it is this that extends to new and
existing customers, who may wish to view our QA system at first
hand.
