Throughout 2022 & 2023 Bentham’s have been proud to provide critical components and sponsorship to the Durham University Solar Car project.

In conjunction with our sister company Widdops Brush we’ve been fabricating and machining a large range of both standard and bespoke brush rollers.

At Benthams we assist in the manufacture of several precision machined parts out of the highest quality materials for many of Dr Bob’s components including magazines, rotors and scope rails.

Manufacturing to precise tolerances from a range of certified standard and exotic materials we’ve been supplying leading oil and gas valve OEMs with a wide range of components.

Used commonly within the scientific Glass-Blowing industry, Planetary chucks on lathes allow faster gripping/release of delicate items with a greater control of pressure.

In conjunction with our associated brush manufacturer Widdops we have developed and produced our heavy-duty forklift sweeper attachment in conjunction with some of the more demanding industrial yards of the UK.

Utilising our design, prototyping and testing facilities over the years we have developed in conjunction with food manufacturers a range of engineered brush products for use in rapidly cleaning most equipment.

Since 2013 Benthams are proud to have been working partners with Iconx in the ongoing development of their MyKey automatic key cutting machine.
